In addition to being the President/Owner of Providence Physical Therapy, Laura has had ranked and/or affiliate faculty roles at Regis University in the School of Physical Therapy and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas since 1997. She has worked in private physical therapy practice since 1994 and has specialized in the treatment of women's health and men's health issues since 1998. She speaks locally and nationally on women's health topics in communities and at scientific meetings, has published in scientific journals, and is a principal investigator in clinical research on an ongoing basis. As a holistic manual therapist, she addresses the pain, movement dysfunction, health and wellness issues of all of her patients in a comprehensive and empowering manner. She enjoys spending her free time with her children cooking, organic gardening, staying fit, and taking trips to the mountains. She highly values personal and spiritual growth and enjoys encouraging growth in others by providing education and encouragement to those inside and outside of her local church, facilitating small groups, and serving in her community.

Amanda is the Clinical Director of the southwest office. Throughout her education, she augmented her academic development with professional clinical experience in women's health, orthopedics, neurological conditions and acute care. Amanda is passionate about providing individualized, holistic patient care, incorporating manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and comprehensive patient education. Growing up as a competitive gymnast and having suffered many injuries, Amanda discovered firsthand the importance of quality physical therapy rehabilitation, and the significance of empathetic patient management. Committed to local and international service, Amanda spent a month in Ethiopia collaborating with health care professionals to advance global health initiatives. She is an investigator of ongoing women's health research, presenting both locally and nationally. Amanda is an active Colorado native who enjoys the mountains, spending time with family and friends, and travelling all over the world. Amanda's faith is also a major part of her life, and she loves ministering to others within and outside of her church.

Kristi Johnson PT

Kristi brings 25 years of experience to Providence Physical Therapy. Her career has focused on treatment of general orthopedic dysfunctions and sports injuries, including headache, TMJ, spine, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle conditions. She also works in the area of women’s health and treats pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and associated pathologies. She has strong manual therapy skills and is certified in trigger point dry needling. She loves to educate and empower her patients and draws on her extensive background to help optimize each person’s recovery. Kristi was raised in South Florida and moved to Littleton in 1993. She enjoys hiking, jogging, skiing and spending time in the outdoors with her husband and three girls.

Leslie Mead PT, DPT

Leslie received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania in May 2011. She has worked in various settings and found her passion when she started her year-long training in a Women’s Rehab and Men’s Health program in Pennsylvania. The program gave her extensive training in pelvic floor physical therapy for women and men to treat issues such as urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, and interstitial cystitis. Additionally, the she pursued education in the treatment of orthopedics, oncology care, pre- and post-op cancer surgeries, lymphedema management, and GI/bowel issues. Leslie loves to empower her patients and believes in treating the entire person. Leslie was raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Colorado in August 2017. She enjoys reading, hiking, and anything related to Harry Potter. She lives in Bailey with her husband and three pets.

Courtney received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2008. She has worked in various outpatient settings, specializing in the area of women's health and pelvic care. She studied under expert clinicians and has refined her skill set through continuing education in pelvic floor management, prenatal and postpartum intervention, and muscle energy techniques. She also has expertise in temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD) and gait training. Courtney is committed to evidence-based practice and believes her role as a physical therapist is to facilitate independence and freedom for her patients; everyone should live the unrestricted lifestyle he/she desires. She enjoys listening to and partnering with her patients to individualize her intervention to achieve the greatest outcome. Courtney moved to Colorado from the northeast in 2003 and loves everything the state has to offer. She thoroughly enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, camping and rafting throughout Colorado.
